Will Swalwell break his promise?

In case you missed it, Eric Swalwell is dropping out of the socialist showdown that is the Democrats’ presidential primary, ending his delusional campaign.

This begs the question of what Swalwell will do next…especially since he already told the San Francisco Chronicle he wouldn’t run again for his House seat. 

Will Swalwell keep his promise not to run for Congress again? Or will he break his promise and trade one socialist showdown for another?
