Hey Katie, does Gov. Gavin get an “F” on constitutional knowledge?

Katie Porter told CNN that if President Trump was taking her law class that he would get an “absolute F” for his interpretation of the Constitution.

So, what does Porter think of California Governor Gavin Newsom’s latest move to force the President to release his tax returns in order to appear on the California ballot?
