Does Harley Rouda support Gov. Gavin?

Governor Gavin Newsom signed an unconstitutional new law in California today that would force the President to release his tax returns in order to appear on the California ballot.

Does Harley Rouda support Gavin’s move?  

Wondering because Harley Rouda circled a petition during his campaign asking Californians to sign to “tell Trump to show us his tax returns.”(FYI — we’ve never seen Harley’s returns.)
