FAKE engineer Joe Cunningham

Joe Cunningham stood in front of South Carolinians and told them a bold face lie that he worked as an ocean engineer for a “number of years.”

But Joe Cunningham was just an intern for an engineering company—no record exists of him ever taking the exam to become a certified professional civil engineer.
