Harder fundraising off “non-political” impeachment vote

Josh Harder is fundraising off his vote to impeach President Trump and overturn the 2016 election, even though Democrats are insistent impeachment isn’t political, and it was a “very solemn day.”

Is it a “solemn day” if you’re fundraising off it?
