Cunningham promotes DC lobbyist

On the campaign trail, Joe Cunningham hated lobbyists (HERE, HERE, and HERE).

But as soon as he to got to DC, Joe hired THREE DC lobbyists, including his Chief of Staff.

Now it turns out Cunningham promoted one of the DC lobbyists to Deputy Chief of Staff!

Odd way of showing you despise lobbyists…
