Horsford votes against banning Fentanyl
January 30, 2020
You can’t see it, smell it or taste it. Most people ingest it without realizing it.
It is 20 times to 40 times more potent than heroin, and 100 times more potent than morphine.
The death rate from it in the United States increased by 1,125% between 2011 and 2017.
But Steven Horford just joined his socialist colleagues and voted AGAINST a bipartisan measure banning fentanyl. The reason given by liberals for voting against acting on the opioid crisis? The legislation was too tough on drug dealers.
I wonder if the families of Nevadans who have lost loved ones to fentanyl feel the same, Steven.
