Where is Ann Kirkpatrick’s budget?

Ann Kirkpatrick came out swinging against the President’s budget.
The problem? Kirkpatrick doesn’t have any solutions. Not one Democrat in the House – including Kirkpatrick – has proposed a budget to counter President Trump’s budget.
People who criticize and criticize without proposing any solutions are the worst, aren’t they?
