WASHINGTON – NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer released the following statement regarding the results of the TX-02 primary election:

“There is no person better suited than Dan Crenshaw to make the argument for freedom versus socialism. Dan has proven himself to be a strong, fresh new voice in Congress and has earned his reelection this November. No matter who the Democrats eventually nominate, they will be stuck with a candidate who will be a rubber stamp for their extreme socialist agenda.”
