Can someone PLEASE do a welfare check on Sean Casten?

At the same Indivisible town hall event he accused his GOP colleagues of being Nazi sympathizers, Casten said the president is prioritizing keeping the number of coronavirus cases low over saving lives.

So does Kooky Casten not believe stopping the spread of COVID-19 saves lives?
