Does Shalala believe Biden’s records should be released?

During the Kavanaugh hearings, Donna Shalala said Christine Blasey Ford deserved to be heard and there should be a thorough investigation.

Does this mean Donna believes that Biden’s Senate records should be released so there can be a thorough investigation into Tara Reade’s allegations?
