Does Christy Smith oppose LAPD funding cuts?

Christy Smith – who’s usually the first candidate to pop off on Twitter about literally everything – has been unusually silent about defunding the police (seriously, Christy hasn’t tweeted anything about it).
California’s 25th Congressional District includes a portion of LA County and is known for being a “bedroom community for police and firefighters,” which makes it all the stranger that Smith hasn’t said a word publicly about LAPD’s budget cuts or the defund the police movement.
The LA City Council has been at the forefront of the “defund the police” issue, working to cut $150 million from the LAPD’s budget.
Will Christy Smith defend or defund the LAPD?
