What does China have on Charlie?

About a month ago Charlie Crist urged congressional leaders “to work across party line” to hold China accountable.

The Chinese Communist Party recently carried out cyber-attacks trying to steal U.S. intellectual property and COVID-19 research.

Republicans tried to hold China accountable today in a resolution on the House floor, but Charlie suddenly refused to work across party lines and  blocked the vote.

Is he being blackmailed by the Chinese Communist Party?
