F*** Off Files Volume 2: Judge Judy saves the day
There is ample proof showing Harley Rouda enjoys telling people to “politely f*** off,” instead of working to get things done and helping others.
Like, that one time Harley Rouda’s constituent wasn’t getting the American flag he had asked Rouda’s office for so he sued Rouda in small claims court, and then Judge Judy got involved.
Seriously, this happened.
A BIG THANK YOU to Judge Judy’s team for helping this Orange County constituent when Harley Rouda and his team had essentially told him to “politely f*** off.”

My friend, local resident and all-around community good guy Chris Wynkoop wanted an American flag and went to Congressman Harley Rouda’s website to get one.
As a congressman, they offer that as a service. You can get one that “flies over the Capitol,” or one that doesn’t. “Koop,” as I call him, chose the latter because it wouldn’t take as long to get. So, as instructed, he filled out the request form and sent in his $20. Then, he waited for his flag. And waited, and waited, and waited.
Unfortunately, it never arrived.
He then finally wrote them in August and, once again, he never heard back.
Chris then requested a refund twice under the “Contact Us” tab on Rouda’s website.
Zero, nada, nothing.
So Chris did what all Americans do, he sued, in Small Claims Court.
However, what happened next surprised him. Judge Judy’s office entered the fray and wanted the case heard on her television show.
Of course, Koop figured Rouda’s office would never agree to that.
Rouda’s office did, however, try and resolve the matter, first apologizing profusely. They blamed it on a “computer glitch.”
Yeah, right!
Then, they offered to refund his $20, but the problem was he now had another $70 tied up in court fees.
He pointed this out to Rouda’s folks. They said their attorney would address that issue later after Koop signed all the proper forms, much to Chris’ dismay.
So here’s the question Chris asked me, “How should he dress for Judge Judy?”
