De La Isla: We’re already defunding the police

In possibly the biggest PR blunder of the 2020 cycle, Michelle De La Isla held a train wreck of a press conference yesterday to try and clean up her recent comments about how Topeka was already implementing the Defund the Police Movement’s demands.

And my goodness did she make things worse.
