Why fund the police when you can fund port-a-potty shelters?

Did you see the Missoula City Council cut $77,352 from its police budget and approved $69,675 in port-a- potty shelters for city parks? 

And Kathleen Williams still hasn’t said a word, even as Missoula residents protest the police budget cuts.

Shameful. When it came to defending the police over a literal toilet shelter, Kathleen Williams couldn’t be bothered to speak up.
