Would Ron Kind pack the court?

Ron Kind is inexplicably dodging the question of whether he supports packing the Supreme Court, much like his preferred presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Since this is something Kind would have to vote on if reelected, Wisconsin voters deserve to know: Does Ron Kind want to add justices to the Supreme Court?
