NRCC Announces John Billings as Executive Director for 2022 Cycle

WASHINGTON – NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer today announced John Billings as the committee’s Executive Director for the 2022 cycle.

“House Republicans are prepared to build on their decisive victories this cycle and take back the majority in 2022. John Billings will help lead us in that fight. John’s successful track record as Patriot Program Director demonstrated he has what it takes to help our members win the tough races we need to return to the majority. I look forward to working with John and the entire NRCC team to ensure our candidates and members are prepared to win all across the country this upcoming cycle,” said Chairman Emmer.

“I want to thank Chairman Emmer and House Republican leadership for the opportunity to serve as NRCC Executive Director. We have a historic opportunity to retake the majority and I am ready to help lead our team in that effort,” said Billings.

Billings most recently served as the NRCC’s Patriot Program Director where he helped ensure every House Republican incumbent won for the first time since 1994. He has over a decade of experience working in Congress for members in targeted seats and received his Bachelor’s Degree from Dartmouth College.
