Kathleen Rice breaks Pelosi promise

Kathleen Rice just voted to make Nancy Pelosi Speaker of the House after promising not to vote for Pelosi in 2019. 

Rice previously claimed: “We need a winning strategy and I think the first step to getting to a winning strategy is a change in leadership.”

Why the change of heart?

Breaking a promise to your constituents for the first vote of 2021 isn’t a great look! 

But it’s not surprising considering Rice votes with Pelosi 99% of the time.
