Golden prioritizes reelection over reform

Jared Golden knows he’s in for another tough reelection fight in 2022, so he’s cosponsoring legislation to make that feat easier for himself.

This week, House Democrats are voting on HR 1, a corrupt attempt to funnel $5 million to Democrats’ reelection campaigns and give Democrats control of our elections and redistricting.

Golden claimed in his last reelection bid he would prioritize campaign finance reform – but apparently, he just meant he would prioritize public funding for House Democrats’ reelection campaigns.
