Jared Golden intends to kill 1,200 Maine jobs if “given the opportunity.”

Golden said the fact that a $15 minimum wage increase, which would kill over 1,200 Maine jobs, was not included in the COVID bill led to his decision not to vote for it – and that he will vote for that increase if given the chance.
