Jahana Hayes wants to slash U.S. defense budget

Jahana Hayes has joined a group of radical Democrats calling on President Biden to slash the U.S. defense budget.

As the U.S. grapples with the Biden border crisis, Hayes and 49 of her Democrat colleagues signed a letter asking that funding for the Department of Defense be “significantly reduced” and redirected to humanitarian aid, diplomacy, global public health, and more.
