Do Suozzi, Maloney, & Delgado support releasing dangerous criminals back into communities?
April 19, 2021
The criminal who shoved an Asian undercover cop onto subway tracks is back on New York’s streets today thanks to the Democrats’ pro-criminal bail-reform measures.
Because the attack caused no injury, Ricardo Hernandez – who faces three hate-crime charges and has at least 12 prior arrests under his belt – was released without bail.
Tom Suozzi, Sean Patrick Maloney, and Antonio Delgado owe it to New Yorkers to stand up against this law that allows criminals to roam free in their neighborhoods.
But we won’t hold our breath waiting for them to stand up for law and order.
