Refund the police?

That Wall Street Journal reports one year after Democrats’ efforts to defund the police began, many American cities are restoring money to their police departments or proposing to spend more amid rising crime and a massive spike in homicides.  

But House Democrats didn’t get the message.

They’ve continued their calls to defund and abolish the police.
