Cuellar: CBP “requires more resources”

The Biden Administration has no plans to increase the Department of Homeland Security’s budget next fiscal year, and in response Congressman Henry Cuellar told Texas’ KRGV that Customs and Border Protection “requires more resources.”

Cuellar said “there are all these needs” because, “one, funding comes from border crossings and travel and two, CBP is dealing with the most significant migrant increase in years.”

But when it comes to a vote will Cuellar actually buck the Biden Administration and vote against the budget? Or is Cuellar all talk and no action?
