CT pays the price for Dems’ unpopular pro-crime agenda

Axios reports “Democrats, in private and public, are warning that rising crime — and the old and new progressive calls to defund the police — represent the single biggest threat to their electoral chances in 2022.”

In Connecticut, “many towns and cities” have seen “an uptick in crime” in the last year – “mirroring a trend seen in cities across the country.”

But Jahana Hayes has said nothing as her party embraces efforts to defund and even abolish the police.
