Vicente Gonzalez using Texas Dems as pawns to push corrupt HR 1

Vicente Gonzalez is praising Texas legislators who ditched their taxpayer-funded work to fly (unmasked) to DC and protest Republicans who don’t support HR 1, a bill which would funnel $7.2 million in public money to Democrats’ campaigns.

Gonzalez said: “I commend the Texas Legislators who had the courage to leave their families, homes, jobs and the great state of Texas to preserve our democracy.” 

But these Democrats aren’t courageous, they’re pawns House Democrats are using to advocate for sending millions in public money to their reelection campaigns.
