Business Insider: Harley Rouda hit with ethics complaint

Business Insider reports the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust has filed an ethics complaint asking the Office of Congressional Ethics to investigate Harley Rouda for violating the Stock Act.

Rouda has now violated the Stock Act twice for failing to disclose thousands of dollars in trades within the mandated 30-to-45-day timeline. Both Rouda’s disclosures were more than a year late.
