FL Dems desperate in South Florida

Democrats are failing in South Florida.

Politico reports Democrats can’t find candidates for FL-26 and FL-27 stating “The unsettled field has left Florida Democrats anxious that two potential opportunities are slipping away from them, especially after Republicans and former President Donald Trump galvanized Miami’s Cuban exile community during the 2020 elections.”

While the Miami Herald Editorial Board lambasted Democrats’ weak response to Cuba in two op-eds saying:

“Instead of calling for an end to the repressive Cuban government, they called for an end to the U.S. embargo on the island.”

“President Biden hasn’t helped with his lukewarm response to the protests.”

“Democrats…blamed the U.S. embargo for food and medicine shortages, taking a page straight out of the enduring Castro playbook and making it too easy for the GOP to brand all Democrats communists.”

Now Democrats are being forced to run ads in an attempt to distract South Floridians from their inaction on Cuba and their support of a socialist agenda.
