Portland can’t find police as murder rates skyrocket

After over a year of anti-police riots and city officials cutting $21 million from its police budget, Portland can’t find police to fight the city’s rising homicide rate.

The Wall Street Journal reports Portland is on pace to surpass its all-time murder high from 1987.
