Texans to pay more for heat this winter

Lizzie Fletcher, Colin Allred, Vicente Gonzalez and Henry Cuellar stood by as Joe Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline, halted oil and gas leases on federal lands, and launched a full-blown war on American energy.  

Now Texans are paying the price, with ABC News reporting that heating bills are expected to increase as much as 54%.
