NEW: Schrier breaks federal law

A new report confirms Kim Schrier violated the STOCK Act.

Schrier and her husband bought up to $1 million in Apple stock back in July but didn’t disclose the purchase until now – violating federal law.

The report also notes that Schrier serves on the Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees issues and legislation that directly impact Apple and its stock prices.
