Heating bills sky high? Kaptur doesn’t care

Ohio families are seeing an increase in their heating bills with some paying as much as 54% more this winter.

But don’t expect Marcy Kaptur to help.

She voted to block consideration of legislation that would lower skyrocketing gas prices and home heating costs.
