After being named to National Democrats’ list of vulnerable members, Marcy Kaptur sent a fundraising email from DCCC Chairman Sean Patrick Maloney declaring he’s “thrilled” to add Kaptur to the list.

Who’s going to break it to Kaptur that this isn’t something to be thrilled about?
