Does Max Rose think Frank Abrokwa should be back on the street?

The homeless man “with a double-digit rap sheet” who is “accused of smearing his own feces on a woman inside a Bronx subway station” was released on bail hours after he was arrested.

Defendant Frank Abrokwa had been arrested and released on back on the street multiple times before the Bronx subway incident, walking out of court without bail for every offense.
