DCCC admits RI-02 is in play

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee just added Rhode Island’s Second Congressional District to its “Districts In Play.”

The move signals Democrats have learned what Republicans already know: a red wave is coming this November, and RI-02 will be included.
