According to the Real Clear Politics average, Joe Biden is 21 points underwater on the economy.

RCP also shows Republicans hold a nearly 4-point lead on the generic ballot.

And an NBC poll shows Republican hold a 17-point lead in voter enthusiasm. 

So, one question: Does Abigail Spanberger regret this picture?
