Does Luria regret inviting Biden to VA-02?

Previously, Luria told Punchbowl News, “If the president comes to visit my district, I will be there with them.”

According to the Real Clear Politics average, Joe Biden is 21-points underwater on the economy and Republicans lead by nearly 4-points on the generic ballot.
