Cost of living in New Hampshire highest year-to-year since 1990

Granite Staters are experiencing the highest year-to-year cost-of-living surge in over 30 years, WMUR reports.

This comes after a cold winter where New Englanders paid 12.3% more for electricity, 20.3% more for utility gas service, and 36.4% more for motor fuels.
