Engel and Hernandez won’t comment on Title 42

Southern Arizonans deserve to know if Kirsten Engel and Daniel Hernandez support terminating Title 42. 

Neither responded to a request for comment when Real Clear Politics asked for their stance on the policy that could create a mass migration event with more than 18,000 illegal migrants crossing the border every day. 

Engel and Hernandez have a horrific record on border security, voting against border security funding and even opposing a resolution that recognized and thanked the men and women of the U.S. Border Patrol while reinforcing that ICE’s work is “critical to enforcing immigration law.”
