RATINGS CHANGES: CA House districts move away from Dems

Two big House ratings changes in California today. 

Sabato’s Crystal Ball moved Julia Brownley’s race from “Safe Democrat” to “Likely Democrat” and Elections Daily moved Mike Levin’s race from “Likely Democrat” to “Lean Democrat.” 

New FEC filings also show Republican Matt Jacobs outraised Julia Brownley last quarter. 

And recent polling shows Joe Biden is underwater in the state.
