DCCC won’t comment on Title 42

Why doesn’t the DCCC want to talk about the Biden Administration’s efforts to end Title 42? 

When asked by Fox News how Title 42 will impact the midterm election, “The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee…did not offer comment.”
