The AP reports Joe Biden’s new strategy is to blame the GOP for his awful record in the midterms.  

How is Joe Biden going to blame the GOP for passing a partisan stimulus bill that caused record-high price increases? 

How is Joe Biden going to blame the GOP for stopping construction of the border wall and throwing open the southern border?  

How is Joe Biden going to blame the GOP for a bunch of Democrats defunding police departments?
