Pappas ally removed from city council amid misconduct allegations

A Rochester City Council member was removed last week after his fellow councilors determined allegations against him of “sexual harassment, retaliation and creating a fake press release with the city seal” were true.

Chris Rice has endorsed Chris Pappas and even organized campaign events for Pappas.
