Cook Political Report: CT-02 & CT-05 move toward GOP

The Cook Political Report shifted the race ratings for CT-02 and CT-05 in Republicans’ favor.

Joe Courtney’s CT-02 went from Solid Democrat to Likely Democrat while Jahana Hayes’ CT-05 went from Likely Democrat to Lean Democrat.
