Cook Political Report: PA seats shift toward GOP

The Cook Political Report shifted the race ratings for PA-01, PA-07, and PA-10 in Republicans’ favor.

While PA-01 and PA-10 are now Solid Republican seats, Susan Wild’s PA-07 shifted from a Toss Up to Lean Republican.
