Cook Political Report deems both NH seats a toss-up

With a new map finally in place in New Hampshire, the Cook Political Report lists both congressional districts as Toss Ups.

David Wasserman writes: “Now that the climate looks even worse for Democrats than it did last year, the new least-change map looks more attractive for Republicans than ever: both the 1st and 2nd CDs could flip red in 2022.”

The NRCC just reserved almost $3.5 million in the Boston market this fall to help accomplish that task.
