Vicente Gonzalez launches sexist & xenophobic attacks against Mayra Flores

Vicente Gonzalez is melting down having to run against the newly elected Mayra Flores this November. 

Instead of welcoming Flores, first Mexican-born woman elected to Congress, Gonzalez is launching sexist and xenophobic smears about her. 

In an interview with Newsweek, Gonzalez called Flores “unqualified” and said he was born in South Texas, not Mexico, and “didn’t come here through chain migration, I didn’t come through asylum or amnesty.”
