FiveThirtyEight: Molinaro favored to win NY-19

FiveThirtyEight released their 2022 House forecast and they say Marc Molinaro is favored to beat Josh Riley in NY-19 in November:

Molinaro will face a separate opponent for the NY-19 special election in August and the general in November thanks to Democrats’ incompetence.
