FiveThirtyEight: CT-05 a Toss Up

FiveThirtyEight released their 2022 House forecast and they’ve deemed CT-05 a Toss Up.

An untested Jahana Hayes has been dogged by controversy for over a year: reneging on her corporate PAC pledge, claiming she’s “not a congresswoman” while wearing her member pin, and paying her two adult children (and herself) from her campaign coffers.
